Popular Western Pennsylvania & Eastern Ohio Car Show Events

The Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio regions have thousands of car show and car cruise community events. They are a great way for enthusiasts to get together and support the cause. Below is a short list of annual events (one for each month) that have been growing for decades. Pittsburgh Vehicle PPI is a proud supporter of these events and we hope to see you there.

Downtown IBPA Spring Fever Car Cruise in Irwin, PA

IBPA Spring Fever Car Cruise (Irwin, PA) Saturday April 29, 2023 (12pm to 5pm)

Located in Downtown Irwin, the IBPA is having its 31st Annual Springtime Car Cruise. Many locals look forward to this spring event as they bring their old automobiles out of winter hibernation. While Main Street is closed so hundreds of vehicles can be displayed the businesses are open! There is also a food court, DJ, and 10 trophies awarded. Vintage Tin of Western PA Car Show in Scott Twp, PA

Vintage Tin Car Show (Scott Township, PA) Sunday May 7, 2023 (10am to 4pm)

Located in Scott Township Park, the Vintage Tin of Western PA car club is hosting their 51st Annual Cops and Rodders Rod Run Car Show for vehicles 1986 and older. Lots of antique auto enthusiasts from the South Hills enjoy this event because its low-key in a nice community park. There is music, food, basket auction, 50/50 raffle, and all proceeds go to school for the blind. Visit the carcruises.com website for more info.

Stan Hywet Father's Day Car Show in Akron, OH

Stan Hywet Father’s Day Car Show (Akron, OH) Sunday June 18, 2023 (9am to 3pm)

Located at the Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, the 65th Annual Father’s Day Show is hosted by the Ohio Region Classic Car Club of America. The event focuses on quality and displays approximately 400 classic, antique, and collector cars on the lawns of the estate which provides a nice backdrop. Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Car Show

Vintage Grand Prix Car Show (Pittsburgh, PA) Sat & Sun, July 22 & 23, 2023 (10am to 5pm)

Located in Schenley Park, the 41st Annual Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is America’s largest vintage auto racing event and the only one run on public streets. The 10-day celebration of events is run by more than 1000 volunteers to benefit the Autism Society and the Allegheny Valley School. The International Car Show takes place on the Bob O’Conner Golf Course surrounding the races through Schenley Park. Hot Summer Nights Car Cruise in Beaver, PA

Hot Summer Nights Car Cruise (Beaver, PA) Saturday August 5, 2023 (10am to 8pm)

Located in Downtown Beaver, the 37th Annual Hot Summer Nights is the Super Bowl of car cruises in tri-state region. It is nationally recognized as one of the Top-10 Car Cruises in the eastern half of the United States with 4000 cars and 40,000 people attending. Western PA Region AACA Car Show

Western PA Region AACA Car Show (Latrobe, PA) Sunday September 3, 2023 (9am to 3pm)

Located in Legion Keener Park, the 59th Annual Paul P. Bell Memorial Car Show is hosted by the Antique Automobile Club of America. There are two show fields, one judged for 2008 and older and the other non-judged for 2023 and older. There is also a special display class for AACA Senior Award cars. Franklin Applefest Car Show

Applefest Car Show (Franklin, PA) Sunday October 8, 2022 (9am to 5pm)

Located in Victorian downtown Franklin, PA, the 40th Annual Applefest Car Show is a great season ending finale. The cars fill the streets and 300 arts & crafts vendors fill the park. Approximately 50,000 people attend this festival that features a giant arts and crafts fair, a beer fest, wagon rides, kids korner, farmers market, live entertainment and plenty of food.
